605 Mosquito over Lewes

605 Squadron De Havilland Mosquito MKII (DZ723) Dived into the ground at Housedean Farm near Lewes, East Sussex. Pilot S/Ldr Ian Maxwell Theodore De Kaap Bocock (34025) and Observer Sgt Robert Brown (1021483) both perished. 24th April 1943.
